Who we are
A supplier that answers the phone.
Meouf supplies jute, juco and cotton bags to B2B buyers — retail chains, packers, exporters, promotional agencies and agricultural cooperatives.
Plenty of bag suppliers take an order, place it somewhere, and go quiet when something slips. We work the other way. Weaving and stitching are done by mills we have qualified and hold certificates for; the specification, the pre-production sample, the inspection before shipping and the account itself are ours. One party wrote the spec and one party answers for it.
Every order runs against an approved pre-production sample. Nothing enters the line until you have signed off the actual fabric, the actual print and the actual construction — not a rendering.
Qualified mill partners
Production runs at mills we have audited and hold certificates for — not wherever is cheapest that month.
Specification-led
Dimensions, GSM, handle, closure, print and packaging are all defined per order — never assumed.
Documented
Test reports, food-contact declarations and export paperwork issued with every shipment.
Export ready
FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Container planning and consolidation handled at our end.
Product range
Fourteen manufacturing lines
Each line has its own page with sizes, material specifications, printing options, MOQ, packaging and lead time.
Why Meouf
What a manufacturer should give you
Six things buyers tell us are hard to find in this trade.
You specify, we build
Nothing about your bag is fixed. Dimensions, fabric weight, lamination, handle, closure, pocket, print method and packaging are all yours to set.
See it before you commit
The 3D configurator renders your actual specification — colours, handles, proportions and artwork placement — then a physical sample confirms it.
Consistent between runs
We keep your approved specification and lab dips on file, so a reorder in eighteen months matches the first run.
Lead times we actually hold
Production slots are confirmed at order, not at dispatch. You get a schedule and progress updates against it.
Genuinely biodegradable
Jute is a rain-fed annual crop that returns to soil. Where a fully compostable bag is required, we build without lamination.
Built for procurement
Quotations with terms, GST handling, proforma invoices, test documentation and audit-ready records as standard.
Industries served
The same mills supply a supermarket chain and a coffee cooperative.
Different specifications, the same discipline — approved sample, held tolerance, documented shipment.
Retail & supermarket
Reusable carrier bag programmes, checkout totes, private label
Coffee & cocoa export
Food-grade 60 kg sacks with origin and certification marking
Agriculture & produce
Grain, pulses, potato, onion and seed sacking
Promotional & events
Conference bags, corporate gifting, campaign merchandise
Hospitality
Hotel amenity bags, laundry bags, spa and resort retail
Construction & civil
Sand bags, cement sacking, site carriers
Wine & gourmet
Bottle carriers, hamper bags, deli and farm shop packaging
Horticulture
Root balling, tree wrap, erosion control burlap on the roll
Manufacturing capability
Six stages, one accountable supplier
Every stage runs against the approved sample, and we inspect before anything ships. A change at stage three is our problem to absorb, not yours to discover on arrival.

Product quality
What we check, on every run
Quality control is not a final glance at the packing table. These checks happen in-line and are recorded against your order.
- Dimensional check against approved pattern (± 1 cm)
- Static load test on handle attachment and base seam
- Lamination adhesion and water resistance check
- Print registration, colour match and cure verification
- Stitch density and seam strength inspection
- Final AQL sampling before packing
Supply-chain compliance
We source from mills that operate to recognised quality, textile-safety and social-audit standards. The current certificate for the mill running your order is supplied on request, before you commit to production.
- ISO 9001 — Quality managementMill-level
- SEDEX / SMETA — Ethical trade auditMill-level
- Oeko-Tex Standard 100 — Textile safetyMill-level
- Food-grade batching oil declarationMill-level
- GOTS — where organic fibre is specifiedMill-level
- REACH / SVHC compliance statementMill-level
These standards are held by our supplying mills, not by Meouf. Ask us for the certificate covering your order and we will send it with your quotation.

Samples
Judge the fabric with your hands, not a screen.
We ship paid samples worldwide. Pick the constructions you want to assess, tell us where to send them, and the sample cost is credited against your first production order.

Select up to eight sample constructions.
- 2

Standard, express, or on your own courier account.
- 3

Check fabric, print, stitching and lamination in hand.
- 4

Customer stories
We would rather show you a real one than invent one.
This is where customer stories go. We have chosen to leave it empty until a customer agrees to be named, rather than fill it with testimonials nobody can check.
In the meantime, judge us on something verifiable
- Order a paid sample. The charge is credited in full against your first production order, so the only thing at risk is the wait.
- Ask for the mill certificates. We will send the current ISO 9001 and Oeko-Tex documents for the mill that would run your order.
- Send us a specification and compare our quotation against anyone else you are talking to.
Product catalogue

How ordering works
What happens between your enquiry and your container
Six steps, and you are not committed until step four. Written approval gates production — nothing is made until you have seen and signed off exactly what you are buying.
- 01
Send us a specification
Use the 3D configurator or just tell us the bag, quantity and destination. No account needed to enquire.
Nothing committed
- 02
We quote you in writing
A costed quotation with unit price, tooling, freight on your chosen Incoterm, lead time and payment terms. Valid 30 days.
Nothing committed
- 03
Sample and digital proof
We send a physical sample and an artwork proof. Sample charges are refunded or credited when you order.
Sample charge only, refundable
- 04
You approve, in writing
Production starts only after you have signed off the proof and, for bespoke work, the pre-production sample.
This is the point of commitment
- 05
Production and quality control
Dimensional checks, load testing and print registration against your signed sample. We report progress against the schedule.
Advance per agreed terms
- 06
Documents and dispatch
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and fumigation certificate — whatever your customs authority requires.
Balance per agreed terms
